Moongalba
2026
Acrylic on Canvas
40 x 50cm

Within the piece, hold a woman, my great grandmother on Moongalpa. This refrences
my mob and my famlily that have passed on. Moongalpa was the mission that Mary
was last placed on.
When I first saw the photo of her, she diddnt catch my eye, each element of the county,
of the place held value. I captured the references belonging through light painting,
creating her within the country, not against.
